Skincare above all else! Maintaining a great (natural) skincare routine is a lot more than it looks. It has positive effects on your overall health, and creates good habits that you can apply elsewhere. Here are 5 Habits of people with great skincare:

  1. Creating a consistent daily routine: To maintain good skincare in this day and age, there are some processes that you must repeat on a daily basis. With a skincare routine, this looks like cleansing, moisturizing, applying sunscreen etc. BUT, this can be translated to other aspects of your life!
  2. Healthy lifestyle decisions like eating a balanced diet, sleeping well, and exercising frequently are taken by those with excellent skin. While these behaviors promote the overall health of the skin, they also develop your overall wellbeing.
  3. One thing we often take for granted is sun protection. People with great skincare understand the importance of protecting their skin from the sun. They often use sunscreen daily, and avoid excessive sun exposure. That is not to say you shouldn't step outside!
  4. Another thing we don’t pay attention to is our hydration. On the contrary, people with great skincare always make it a point to drink sufficient water throughout the day, and maintain self discipline in that regard
  5. People with great skincare also tend to stay away from bad habits like smoking, excessive amounts of alcohol and sleeping late regularly.  These habits harm the skin and cause problems like early aging and acne.
